LF(Low Frequency) 125KHz RFID Card is commonly used in applications such as identification, access control, time attendance system, etc. Which do not require very high security level. HYAN SMARTECH provide a range of different 125KHz cards. EM and TK (EM compatible) are very popular all round the world. We manufacture white and pre-printed RFID card.

TK4100/EM4100/T5577 is the most common used for access control
A. EM4100 chip with capacity 64bit, available capacity to be 40 bit.
B. EM4200 chip with capacity 128bit, available capacity to be 64 bit.
C. TK4100 chip with capacity 64bits, Read only (10HEX serial number) can fully compatible with EM4100.
D. T5577 is a R/W chip, can be read and rewrite into TK format via encoding. Popular application to be small cash for ammeter, access control and industry identification.

1. By Express, to ship by DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS, UPS, ect, shipping time is 4-6days, the goods will be sent to door.
2. By Air shipping, to ship RFID items in bulk, this is economic.
3. By Sea, to ship large quantity RFID goods, cheaper but take more time.

1) How can I place an order?
You can contact any of our sales person for an order.
Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you accurate offer at the first time.
2) When can I get your reply or item price?
Prompt response would be given within 12 hours.
3) What's MOQ policy?
Kindly know that we make OEM, so the MOQ is normally 500pcs.
4) Can I order if quantity less than MOQ?
Yes, it would be taken as an sample order to put into production. We would be more serious on sample order.
5) Can I order with my logo printing, size and shape?
Yes, of course it can. We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, DPI should over 300.
6) Can I get free samples?
Yes, If samples that we have in stock would be freely provided for testing, but shipment should at your side (DHL express cost: USD30).
No, If samples are not in stock or needed to customize with your logo and designs, please send us designs and advise chip, quantity, and any other details required. Thank you.
7) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
Free for a blank/stock sample to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the express freight.
For printing sample, sample fee $49 is beforehand required. It can be fully refunded if final quantity of the confirmed bulk order is or over 10,000pcs.
8) How long can I expect to get the prepaid samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed info or files, the samples will be ready in 6-7 working days. And it will be sent out via express and arrive at your door in 3-5 days.
9) What kind of files do you accept for printing?
CDR, AI, PDF, etc. and we also can design for you by free.
10) What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on order quantity. Generally 5-7 days for quantity at 5,000pcs, 7-10 days for about 10,000pcs.
11) What is your terms of delivery?
